Tasked with picking a typeface and creating a publication for it, I chose Museo! Through research about the typeface and it’s designer, I created my publication called Open Sans, and its first issue being Museo. Through this project, I learnt how to create a publication, type specimens, and how much work goes into publication design!

With a group of six others, we collaborated and created a theme and sign up posters for our annual Print Fair that we run, where designers and artists can sell their artwork. These sign up posters feature some members of our group, including me, as medieval characters. Together, we collaged and created the posters in Illustrator and Photoshop, then screenprinted 120 posters.

French Atlases
2025, BFA2
Category: Print
Applications:  Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Procreate

Choosing a country or state of our choice, we chose 1-2 topics to visually explain to our audience about the location we chose, using hierarchy, color, and, of course, information. I chose France!  For side 1, I wanted to talk about the romanticization of France and the things shown to reel people in, versus the issues that aren’t, such as the ongoing protests against racism and police brutality. For side 2, I wanted to talk about the give and take of culture and iconography, specifically in architecture, whether it be through gifts or colonization/conquering.

Metropolis Movie Posters

2025, BFA2
Category: Print
Applications:  Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Procreate

The Using our chosen movie, mine being Metropolis, we had to create 2 posters that spoke on themes that were seen throughout the movie. I was really drawn to the religious themes within Metropolis, so I made one poster on how the seven deadly sins have affected all of Metropolis, through only type, and the poster shows the story of the Tower of Babel.
